A print reproducing the figure of an angel on the right of Christ in the upper half of the fresco The Trinity with Saints, painted by Raphael in the church of San Severo, Perugia, and dated to 1505 by a later inscription. Lettered with attribution of the figure to Raphael, production details and a dedication to Albrecht Dürer. Annotated on verso.
The Trinity with Saints is Raphael's earliest known fresco, but was left unfinished at his death in 1520. The bottom half of the fresco was then completed by Perugino. See RCIN 853796 for a photograph of a preparatory drawing by Raphael, now in the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford, for the fresco.
