Photograph of a print of a full length portrait of Queen Victoria (1819-1901) holding Prince Arthur, later Duke of Connaught (1850-1942), from a painting by Franz Xaver Winterhalter (1805-73). Queen Victoria is seated outside on the Upper Terrace, Osborne. She faces right, her face captured in profile. She holds the infant Prince Arthur in her lap.
