Photograph of a full length portrait of Albert Edward, Prince of Wales, later King Edward VII (1841-1910), standing, facing the camera. He places his right arm on a draped pedestal. He wears a cloak, hat, shirt leggings and fur lined boots, as well as a long white beard and wig.  The cloak has been covered with a material to resemble snow.

Prince Albert Edward is dressed as 'Winter' for a performance of 'Tableaux of the Seasons' performed in Windsor Castle on 10 February 1854.
