Photograph of a full length portrait of the Lady Elizabeth Lucy Campbell, Countess of Desante (1822-98) seated on the ground, leaning against a tree. He faces left, her face captured in profile, and looks down at a book she holds on her lap. The Countess wears a hat with ribbons, light colour dress and dark colour jacket. The photograph was taken at Osborne.
