Photograph of a group of Russian soldiers representing different ethnic groups. The caption describes them as being Cossacks, Circassians, Lesghins and Tartars. They are gathered in a group, some sitting and others standing. They are all wearing military uniform and are carrying weapons. This photograph was taken by Corporal J Mack during the coronation celebrations of Alexander II, Emperor of Russia.
