Photograph of the Puerta del Sol gateway in the city of Toledo, Spain. The main archway exhibits a Moorish design, featuring a pointed arched centre above which are a series of looped arches in relief. At the top of the gateway are a series of crenellations.

The gateway is named after the sun that appears on a medallion above the archway. The gateway was built in the 14th Century by the Knights Hospitaller.
