Dark green leather photograph album containing albumen photographs (RCINs 2700022-2700108) of views of Spain, including sites in Madrid, Valladolid and Granada. The album has blind tooling on boards, gold tooling and raised cords on spine and board edge and silk lined endpapers and pastedowns.

One volume of a two volume set of photograph albums containing 159 photographs published in Madrid in 1861, under the patronage of Queen Victoria, the Prince Consort, the Queen and King of Spain, the Emperors of France, Russia and Austria, the Duc de Montpensier and others.
