Photograph of the front side of a painted enamel casket, created in Limoges in the sixteen century and now in the collection of the Louvre, Paris (MR 2512). The surface is decorated with a single plaque depicting five naked children at play. The boy in the centre seats on the ground, flanked by two boys riding rearing goats. The boy at the far left is beating a drum, while the one at the far right is blowing on a horn. Both are shown standing. The scene is interrupted by a lockplate in the top centre.
