Glass plate negative featuring two full-length portraits of Miss Marianne Skerrett standing on a terrace in the grounds of Osborne House. Miss Skerrett was Dresser to Queen Victoria from 1837 to 1862.
The glass plate negative has been photographed showing the coated side and therefore the image appears laterally reversed. A print from the left image exists in the Collection, RCIN 2910151.
