RCIN 2084470

Glass plate negative of an exterior view of Clarence House, taken from the garden. Clarence House was Princess Victoria, Duchess of Kent's (1786-1861) 'town', or London, residence up until her death in 1861.

The glass plate negative has been photographed showing the coated side and therefore the image appears laterally reversed. A print from this negative exists in the Collection, RCIN 2101410.
