Copy of a letter from Professor Walter Johnson, Secretary of the American Central Commission, addressed to the secretary of the Royal Commission. Johnson details some of the challenges the Americans faced in trying to organise the various exhibits with no centralised government. As a result, Johnson requests an extension to the deadline for delivery for some of the American exhibits.
