A report on the arrest of John Bean (the 'hump backed' boy) who resides at 14 St James Buildings, Clerkenwell with his father who is a jeweller. He was taken by Police Constable Henry Webb and identified by Dassett. Inspector May also states that the boy had been absent from his father's house for the last week and refers to a letter John Bean wrote to his father. Copy.
