Outlines the requirements and regulations for the superintendent's role and states that the other nursery staff are to obey her. These include the wet-nurse Mrs Ratsey, the nurse Mrs Roberts and the nursery maid Charlotte Whiting. Also refers to Sir Henry Wheatley (Keeper of the Privy Purse) and another nurse, Mrs Pegley. Signed by Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.
