Memorandum by Prince Albert regarding George Anson's letter (see VIC/MAIN/M/21/26) and advice from Sir Robert Peel, in which he suggests that it would be unfair to make Anson a Privy Counsellor before leaving office and that it should be left to Lord John Russell to consider the question. The last three pages are written in German.
