Includes the Princess Royal explaining that Frederick William IV of Prussia is a little better and that the Prince and Princess [Prince and Princess William of Prussia] are leaving tomorrow. However, she describes how Frederick William IV is still paralysed and cannot talk or swallow much. She also refers to the Emperor [Napoleon] entering into Paris as 'Conqueror'.
