Includes the Princess Royal writing that Bertie [Prince of Wales] seems to enjoy his visit and that Dr Brandis comes every day to make plans with him. She states that Bertie's German should be better and reflects again on his character. She also writes that Fritz [Prince Frederick of Prussia] has been to the Cabinet Council, General Gerlach has returned from Italy and that she has made the acquaintance of Albert Pourtalès.
