Includes reference to everything being settled for the Regency and Frederick William IV of Prussia's agreement to making his brother [Prince William of Prussia] the Regent. She relays how Frederick William IV had signed the papers and then 'sat afterwards with his hands covering his face'. The Princess Royal also mentions that Fritz [Prince Frederick of Prussia] went to Berlin and that Professor [Frederick] Perthes has visited from Bonn.
