Includes the Princess Royal referring to the work done on Balmoral. She writes about Affie's [Prince Alfred] visit and mentions that she is feeling well and asks Prince Albert to relay her health to Sir James [Clark]. She also refers to a Mr Cowell [John Clayton Cowell], a visit by the Grand Duchess Olga from St Petersburg and a visit from Prince Frederick Louis.
