      Includes the Princess Royal writing about the bad state of things and the fear of the 'old Régime' beginning again. She writes that she wishes she could express all her fears to her father. She mentions the investiture of the garter and Lord Breadalbane's speech as well as the 'English gentlemen' and Winterhalter.
