Includes the Princess Royal referring to her father's pains in his limb. She writes again about politics, war and describes Emperor Napoloen as 'a man so totally without principle'. She also refers to a letter written by Sir Benjamin Brodie to Sir James [Clark] regarding her son's arm, but she writes that [Dr] Wegner's opinion is 'not very favourable'. She also expresses her belief that when her son is five years old, 'electricity may do some good'. The Princess Royal also gives an update on Frederick William IV of Prussia's health.
