Sir Robert Peel writes that he will give notice tonight of the Bill for the better security of Queen Victoria. He mentions that he is having a meeting with the Lord Chancellor and the law officers to consider the character of the provisions of the Bill and discusses the caution that must be taken in deciding upon them.
