Sir James Graham writes that he has received the commands of Queen Victoria to include Prince Albert's name in the prayer of thanksgiving. He states that the Archbishop of Canterbury will have prepared the prayer according to precedent and refers to the omission of Prince Albert's name on previous occasions.
