Sir James Graham refers to the second attempt on Queen Victoria's life and describes the prisoner's appearance as the same as Prince Albert's account. He writes that he will stay at Bridewell tonight before being brought before the Privy Council tomorrow and also refers to the prisoner in relation to Drury Lane. Sir James Graham states that a search is taking place for the elderly gentleman who was a witness.
