      Outlines the fees paid for attendance at the birth of the Prince of Wales. Dr Richard Blagdon receives £500, Dr Charles Locock receives £1000 and Dr Robert Ferguson receives £800. Sir James Clark receives £200 for attendance during Queen Victoria's confinement. Also outlines the gratuities paid at the birth of the Prince of Wales to various members of her Majesty's Household.
