Letter from Sir Charles Beaumont Phipps to the Prince Consort stating that he intended to pay Dr. Baily by fees however there would be some difficulty in keeping track of the number of visits. He also agrees that Sir James Clark's scale of fees is better however those for Balmoral are too high.
