Queen Victoria writes to Prince Albert to thank him for his letter and expressing her concern for an accident he had 'which might have been serious'. Includes envelope written in French and addressed to Albert at Bonn. Also includes a red wax seal and Frankfurt postal date stamp of 2 February 1838.
