Letter from Queen Victoria to Lord Campbell thanking him for taking the time to create a plan 'which may enable her to fulfil her intention towards Mrs Anson'. The Queen states that she wishes the Axe-bearership to be continued and for Lord Waterpark to be appointed and offered a small salary.
