      Includes Prince Albert mentioning the studies of the other Royal children including [Princess] Louise's difficulties. He mentions Mr Ogg, that Augustus and Clementine have arrived and discusses foreign affairs. He also writes that Count Alexander Mensdorff-Pouilly has been advanced to the rank of Lieutenant General.
