Letter from Prince Albert to the Duke of Wellington requesting his assistance with a plan 'concerning the future welfare of the Duke of Cornwall' and enclosing related papers (not present). The Prince asks that the Duke add his signature to the declaration (see VIC/MAIN/Z/470/12). He also reports in a post script that the Queen and 'little Prince' are very well.
