Letter from Lord Truro to Edward White in reference to the opinion of the Law Officers to the Crown (see VIC/MAIN/Z/470/36). He suggests that the Lord Chancellor determine whether an application should be made to Parliament for an Act enabling the Crown to authorize investment of funds belonging to the Prince of Wales and any other of the Royal children during their infancy.
