Letter from Lord Lincoln to Prince Albert informing him that Mr Hume has given notice that he intends to ask him, in the House of Commons, the amount of money which 'has been paid into the hands of the Trustees' of the Duchy of Cornwall, and how it has been invested. Lord Lincoln reports that he requested Hume put off asking the question for a couple of days as he was not able to answer without His Royal Highness's sanction.
