He discusses the resistance in the [House of] Commons regarding the grant, and in the [House of] Lords regarding the proposed precedency for Prince Albert. Lord Dunfermline also discusses the stance of the Tories and mentions the 'apparent coldness of Parliament to the Queen on the occasion of her marriage'. Includes transcription. Copy.
