Letter from Lord De La Warr to Baron Stockmar asking that Prince Albert be informed that there had been less correspondence from him in an attempt to reduce expenditure and that he was waiting for confirmation when an estimate had been submitted to the Prince. He also asks whether 'His Russian Majesty' would require an apartment in London and reports that the Senate House at Cambridge is adequately warmed by an Arnott's stove alone.
