Lady Caroline Barrington provides an update on the Royal children. Mr ?Ballister reports that the 'Elfin' is ready to use. Lady Barrington also states that Lord Desart is unwell after a bad journey back from Ireland but that Lady Desart has gone to visit him. She also refers to Madame Rollande's room being furnished.
