An account taken of the experience of Police Constable, William Claxton during the attempt on Queen Victoria's life. He was stationed between the end of the Mall and the Archway. After the carriages had passed, he was returning home when he was attracted by a large crowd. He states that the boy with the pistol did not speak to him and that he saw the 'hump-backed' boy waking alongside the boy. He also mentions that he has been suspended. Copy.
