Account of Police Constable Henry Webb who apprehended the prisoner at 14 St James's Buildings, Clerkenwell. He states that the prisoner told him that he had been to Barnesbury Park, Islington today. After seeing the prisoner's mother, Henry Webb took him to the Station House. Copy.
