      Copy letter from Lord Lyons to Lord John Russell advising that the Prince of Wales should accept the invitation to vist both Washington and New York. He also mentions that a minority in Congress are opposed to a national invitation being given to the Prince but states that Congress will not be in session when he arrives in the country.
