A photograph of a drawing currently in the Ashmolean Museum, Oxford (inv. no.WA1846.16) where it is attributed to Luca Signorelli. The drawing has often been ascribed to Raphael and considered to be a first scheme for the small painting of 'Saint George and the Dragon', painted by the master in c.1505 and now in the National Gallery, Washington DC (inv. no.1937.1.26; see RCINs 851448, 851449).
