    A photograph of a drawing formerly in the collection of M. Clement, Paris, and now in the Petit Palais, Paris (inv. Dutuit 980). Attributed to G.F. Penni, the drawing is thought to reproduce a first (and now lost) study by Raphael for his 'Saint Cecilia', a painting now in the Pinacoteca Nazionale, Bologna (inv. no.577). It has been suggested that the drawing may have served as modello for the engraving by Marcantonio Raimondi (RCIN 851474). Ruland (1876) supposed the drawing to be after the engraving.
