Photograph of St James's Park in the foreground of the picture with trees and a lake visible in the mid ground. In the left background stands the recently built Clock Tower of the Palace of Westminster with Big Ben in it's centre. In the middle of the photograph stands the Victoria Tower named after Queen Victoria (1819-1901) in honour of her Diamond Jubilee. Westminster Abbey stands on the right background of the picture.
