Photograph of a full length double portrait of Albert Edward, Prince of Wales, later King Edward VII (1841-1910) and Prince Alfred, later Duke of Saxe-Coburg and Gotha (1844-1900) standing, facing the camera. Prince Albert Edward poses with his right hand on his hip. He wears a tar hat and sailor suit. On the right of the photograph stands Prince Alfred posing with his left hand on the back of a chair. He also wears a sailor suit and wears a tar hat.

The 1892 carbon copy print is adhered over the top of the original albumen print.
