Photograph of a group of 10 Foresters and Gillies, six seated and four standing, around a dead stag that lies on its left side. In the background stands a tree, against which Donald Stewart (1827-1909), third from the right, leans. Macdonald (fl. 1854), seated fourth from the left, pours a drink from a small bottle.
