Photograph of the painting 'The Lace Maker' (RCIN 406575). The painting depicts an elderly woman seated, making lace. Beside her, on the right, is a cat asleep on a chair.

Photograph is from a folder of photographs of paintings and artworks displayed in Prince Albert's (1819-61) rooms. This painting was located in Prince Albert's writing room, Buckingham Palace, on the east side.
