Photograph of a half-length portrait of Sir Ewen Cameron of Lochiel (1629-1719). The sitter is facing three quarters to the and looking at the viewer. He wears a suit of armour and a lace-trimmed cravat held in place by a dark bow-tied ribbon. He is depicted having long, curly hair and a moustache with slightly curled whiskers.

At the time of the photograph, the painting was in the collection of Donald Cameron, Esq. of Lochiel.
