Glass plate negative of Queen Victoria's Bed Room, Osborne House. In front of the bed (RCIN 34159) is a chintz-covered chaise longue (RCIN 34180). Various paintings are mounted in the walls.
The glass plate negative has been photographed showing the coated side and therefore the image appears laterally reversed. Prints from this negative do not seem to exist in the Collection, however a variant negative from the same session is represented by RCIN 2084173.
