Glass plate negative of a full length double portrait of Princess Helena and Princess Louise, seated outside, facing towards each other. The sisters both looks towards the camera. They wear identical outfits, including hats. There is an upturned stool in foreground.
The glass plate negative has been photographed showing the coated side and therefore the image appears laterally reversed. A print of this negative exists in the Royal Collection, RCIN 2941852.
