Glass plate negative of a full length portrait of Prince Leopold standing, facing towards the camera. The prince turns his head slightly to the right and gazes downwards. He places his one hand on a nearby covered table and holds a cap in his other hand. He wears Highland dress.
The glass plate negative has been photographed showing the coated side and therefore the image appears laterally reversed. At least one print from this negative exists in the Collection, RCIN 2900325.
