Among the attendees are Queen Victoria, Princess Alice of Hesse and Princess Alexandra of Denmark, Countess of Caledon, Prince Louis of Hesse, Prince Leopold, Princess Louise and Count Gleichen.
The glass plate negative has been photographed showing the coated side and therefore the image appears laterally reversed. A print from this negative exists in the Collection, RCIN 2927035.
