c. 1859

RCIN 2082718

Glass plate negative featuring two full-length portraits of Feodore, Princess Hohenlohe-Langenburg, half-sister of Queen Victoria. The princess is standing, facing to the right and gazing ahead, away from the camera. She is shown against a wall in the grounds of Osborne House.

The glass plate negative has been photographed showing the coated side and therefore the image appears laterally reversed. A print from the left image exists in the Collection, RCIN 2906437.
