Letter reporting that Mr Dillwyn had obtained a Committee on the Patent Museum and that he and the other committee members were against the South Kensington Scheme. Lord Elcho and Lord Lennox are also on the Committee and Cole asks Grey to intervene with them to gain support for Fowke's plan for the museum.
